Led by the Deputy County Commissioner, the meeting saw a diverse group of stakeholders from Kitui West come together to chart a course for the 16-day global campaign.

Key discussions revolved around fostering partnerships and crafting initiatives aimed at addressing the root causes of GBV, providing support to survivors, and raising public awareness on the need for systemic change. The collaborative effort highlighted the importance of community-driven solutions and the need for continued education, advocacy, and resource mobilization.

“This initiative is not just about raising awareness; it’s about making tangible, lasting changes to protect our women, children, and vulnerable groups,” said the Deputy County Commissioner.
